à Comté".
They prodive their milk to the Fruitière
wich produces different local cheeses. The COMTE,
the
MORBIER and the CANCOILLOTTE
are very famous and typical fine tasting cheeses
from the Franche-Comté region. If
you're up early, you will discover the manufacture
of the COMTE and visit the cellars used to allow
it to mature.
You will also find all the dairy products sold
by the Fruitière, a good occasion to
carry out a little part of this unforgettable
area.
